Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory testing related to validation, verification, transfer, and registration stability studies.
• Design and evaluate analytical methods independently, proposing new techniques to meet business objectives.
• Write protocols, reports, and procedures with minimal guidance, ensuring compliance with GxP and related regulations.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and troubleshoot laboratory issues.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant QSR and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Educational Background: A degree in a relevant scientific field, with solid technical abilities in laboratory settings.
• Experience: Prior experience in conducting laboratory testing, analytical method development, and validation in a regulated environment.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of GxP requirements, laboratory health and safety standards, and analytical techniques.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify risks and opportunities for improvement, backed by sound scientific rationale.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings at technical review meetings.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with global teams across various functions.
