Job Description

THE POSITION:

This position involves various responsibilities in clinical trial delivery, including ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing project finances, and supporting milestone achievements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure clinical delivery of projects in compliance with ICH-GCP, protocol, and customer requirements.
• Meet recruitment targets and manage clinical risks.
• Oversee clinical quality and manage project finances.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support project milestones.
• Manage and develop the clinical team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in health care or scientific discipline.
• 3 years of clinical research/monitoring experience.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research industry.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
