Job Description

THE POSITION:

This position involves various responsibilities in checking the quality and accuracy of annotations, tags/links, reference binders/packs, and edits for all communication materials.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Quality and Accuracy Checking: Check the quality and accuracy of annotations, tags/links, reference binders/packs, and edits for all advertising, promotional, and non-promotional communication materials.
  • Compliance and Clarity: Ensure accuracy of text, layout, organization, and references; compliance with AMA or AP guidelines; overall logic, consistency, and clarity.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide expertise as SME to Creative Production and the client whenever required.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Medical Editors and Production Team to ensure that jobs are compliant with brand and expected standards.
  • Submission Schedule: Keep submission schedule on track throughout the transition from medical editing (upload) to submission.
  • Quality Assurance: Help ensure that all files coming in are of suitable quality and are aligned with file and brand standards at the start of the project.
  • Project Updates: Keep the line manager updated on ongoing projects.

GREAT TO HAVE:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in pharma/healthcare/medical technology or a related field required. Master’s degree would be an added advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years regulatory experience.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Medical, pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences marketing experience preferred.
    • Veeva Vault promo mats experience.

6 months contract - immediate joiners - Please note, candidates with Veeva Vault & promomats experience are mandatory.
