Job Role: Area Business Manager
As an Area Business Manager at Alkem Laboratories, you will lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives to achieve sales goals. This role requires good communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives to achieve sales goals.
- Promote company products by visiting medical professionals.
- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly targets.
- Report regularly using Infinity.
- Provide feedback and updates to superiors.
- Conduct CMEs, CRMs, and other campaigns to increase product awareness.
- Ensure product availability at chemists and stockists.
- Uphold ethical business practices and maintain the company’s positive image.
