Job Description
Job Title: Process Associate Trainee
Category: Medical Billing Process
As a Process Associate Trainee at Elico Healthcare, your role will focus on the Medical Billing Process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of health insurance claims while maintaining clear communication with healthcare providers and insurance companies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Medical Billing: Submit health insurance claims on behalf of patients to various health insurance payers. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all billing information before submission.
- Data Management: Collect and organize patient information. Enter patient data accurately into the billing system, ensuring no discrepancies.
- Communication: Interact with healthcare professionals and insurance companies. Resolve discrepancies in billing information to facilitate smooth payment processing.
Qualifications
Education: Any graduate (except B.Tech). Candidates with backlogs in their Bachelor’s Degree are not eligible.
Skills Required:
- Communication Skills: Decent proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Typing Skills: Basic typing skills are necessary for data entry.
Salary
Training Period: Net Salary: ₹10,014 + ESI + PF + Gratuity.
Post Training Period: Net Salary: ₹11,682 + ESI + PF + Gratuity. Incentives are available based on monthly performance after the training period.
Working Conditions
Shift: Day shift (8 AM to 5:30 PM).
Work Week: 5 days a week.
Service Commitment: Terms to be discussed during the interview.
