Job Role: Pharmacovigilance Services Associate
Responsibilities:
- Case Identification and Data Entry: Manage case identification, data entry, and follow-ups for both serious and non-serious cases in the safety database.
- MedDRA Coding: Use the Medical Dictionary for Regulatory Activities (MedDRA) to classify adverse event data.
- Case Processing and Submission: Process and submit Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) according to client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
- Follow-up Management: Perform follow-ups for unresolved cases, ensuring compliance with safety surveillance protocols.
- Affiliate Mailbox Management: Reconcile reports and ensure compliance with process guidelines.
Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, or Nursing (B.Pharm, BPT, or BSc Nursing).
Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or related fields, making it suitable for freshers and early-career professionals.
