Job Responsibilities
- Managing and conducting tele-sales and tele-verification for pharmaceutical products.
- Building rapport with healthcare professionals and other potential customers.
- Identifying customer needs and providing relevant product information.
- Meeting daily and monthly sales targets through outbound calls.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications Required
To be eligible for the Pharma E-Sales Associate position, you should meet the following criteria:
- A Pharma or Life Sciences Graduate degree.
- Proven experience in tele-sales, tele-verification, or a related field is an advantage.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
