Job Responsibilities
- Entering personal, provider, invoice, and procedure details.
- Checking information entered by the indexer and ensuring accurate pre-authorization.
- Identifying and taking action on duplicate claims.
- Interpreting and investigating policy-related messages.
- Referring cases to departments such as HCS, TMT, and Triage after adjudication.
- Investigating claims for overcharges, contract compliance, or fraud.
- Working with the calling team and handling alerts related to members and providers.
