Company Overview:
Accenture is looking for a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate with 0-2 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance. You will be working in Accenture’s Life Sciences R&D vertical, focusing on pharmacovigilance services, helping leading biopharma companies improve patient outcomes by providing case management and safety surveillance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for ICSRs in the safety database as per client guidelines.
- Handle Affiliate Mailbox management and perform reconciliation of reports.
- Manage both Serious and Non-serious cases and follow-up attempts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable global regulatory requirements.
- Work as part of a team under moderate supervision, following established guidelines.
- Solve routine problems with provided instructions and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy/Bachelor in Physiotherapy/BSc. Nursing.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety.
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance operations and MedDRA coding.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in Pharmacovigilance Operations.
- Familiarity with pharmacovigilance databases.
- Good understanding of global drug safety regulations.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working Conditions:
- May require working in rotational shifts.
