Job Overview:
Position: Regulatory Affairs Executive
Location: Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹41,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Experience Level: Entry-Level (1-2 years in regulatory affairs within the medical devices or diagnostics industry)
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products meet both Indian and international medical device regulations throughout their lifecycle.
- Liaison with Regulatory Authorities: Maintain effective communication with regulatory bodies to gain timely product approvals and stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Risk Management: Collaborate on risk assessment and mitigation strategies, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
- Regulatory Strategy: Assist in developing and executing strategies that expedite product approvals.
- Training & Support: Offer guidance and training to internal teams on regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Medical Devices, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years in Regulatory Affairs within the medical devices or diagnostics sector.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of ISO 13485 standards and Indian/international regulations for medical devices.
- Skills: Strong communication, regulatory writing, and stakeholder management. Experience with government portals is an asset.
