Job Summary:
The Graduate Trainee – Scientific Content, D&T – Digital Marketing position at West Pharmaceutical Services in Bengaluru is an entry-level role within the digital marketing team. This role focuses on creating and managing scientific content to support digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, write, and edit engaging and original scientific content.
- Work with the team to develop and execute content strategies.
- Perform audits and updates of existing content as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative content ideas.
- Assist in creating multimedia content and developing storylines that resonate with the target audience.
Basic Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate in a relevant degree program, preferably Pharmacy.
- Previous internship or coursework experience in marketing or content creation is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts with a willingness to learn and expand knowledge.
- Strong analytical abilities and a willingness to apply data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write compelling copy and translate ideas into stories.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and social media platforms.
