Job Role: Clinical Trial Assistant
As a Clinical Trial Assistant at ICON, you’ll be part of the Strategic Solutions Division, working directly with one of ICON’s top pharmaceutical sponsors. This role is essential for ensuring the effective management and organization of clinical trial documentation and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- eTMF Management: Oversee and manage the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) using Veeva Vault.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain trial-related documents and reports, ensuring compliance with ICH GCP guidelines.
- Study Systems: Manage study-specific systems and maintain up-to-date knowledge on relevant changes.
- Tracking and Archiving: Update study-specific trackers and archive documents accurately.
- System Access Management: Manage eTMF access, if applicable.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with eTMF in the clinical research industry.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Must be based in Bangalore.
