Job Role: Pharmacovigilance Services Associate

As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate at Accenture, you will be part of the Life Sciences R&D vertical, focusing on pharmacovigilance and drug safety. Your role will involve managing case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in the safety database.

Key Responsibilities

  • Case Management: Create and manage case identification, data entry, and MedDRA coding.
  • Case Processing: Process cases and perform follow-ups for Serious and Non-serious cases according to client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Tracking: Reconcile reports per process and manage the Affiliate Mailbox.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
  • Team Interaction: Work closely with your team and supervisor, solving routine problems and making decisions that impact your work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety.
  • Proficient in pharmacovigilance operations, case processing, and data entry.
  • Familiarity with MedDRA coding and safety database management is required.
  • This role may require working in rotational shifts.
