Job Responsibilities
- Using patient data to produce and submit claims to insurance companies.
- Checking authorization for medical procedures.
- Verifying patients’ insurance coverage and ensuring accuracy.
- Submitting claims to insurance companies on time.
- Following up on unpaid claims within the billing cycle.
- Reviewing patient bills for accuracy and completeness, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Analyzing reports and updating daily status logs.
- Communicating effectively with clients via phone and email to resolve billing-related queries.
Note: Comprehensive training will be provided to all new hires.
Key Skills and Qualities
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Familiarity with healthcare processes is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
