Candidate Requirements
- Contribute to Product Innovation success by driving team performance aligned with objectives set by the Head of Process Research.
- Meet targets defined by Group Leader and Team Leader within specific research projects.
- Ensure security and protection of intellectual property, including patent applications for Product Innovation.
- Stay updated on new developments and techniques in synthetic chemistry and process research.
- Document and report all research findings as per SOPs and guidelines.
- Conduct experiments, considering the safety data sheets (SDS) of starting materials and reagents.
- Actively seek functional support from Senior Research Scientists or Team Leaders.
- Perform literature searches using tools such as Reaxys, SciFinder, and patents.
- Safely and efficiently carry out synthetic experiments, capturing all data and experimental procedures.
- Regularly update the Group Leader or Team Leader on project progress and any functional issues.
- Participate constructively in technical and functional team meetings.
- Ensure personal safety and maintain good housekeeping standards in the lab.
- Embrace and practice the values and philosophy of PI Industries.
- Provide feedback and support to team members.
- Encourage knowledge sharing within the team.
